Has anyone used a weighted blanket? I went to the dentist last week and i had xrays. When they put that heavy lead “blanket” on my torso I felt very calm. So I’m considering a blanket but wanted to get some of your thoughts. Thanks!

Has Anyone Tried A Weighted Blanket Either For MS Or For Another Condition?
Weighted blankets are exactly what they sound like — they're heavy blankets (typically 15 pounds or more) filled with a material such as plastic pellets. The theory is that the deep pressure you feel from being under all of that weight has a calming effect.
SaraLouiseGVanG, I didn't know there were "fake" weighed blankets, and "real" ones? :) I got mine for around 80 usd, it's a weighed cooling blanket, I've had it for a year and I'm very happy with it!
Bladder And Bowel Control
I have tried all the medicines available to control my bladder. I am currently on Mytribique. Has anyone found a medication that has worked for them? Also to control bowel movements.

I take a tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar mixed with 6 oz. of water. It usually stops the spasms quickly. But rinse your mouth out after because the acid is hard on teeth.
